LEARN HOW TO BAKE REAL DANISH PASTRIES
Together with Lovik’s bakers, participants learn how to bake Denmark’s flagship baked good, the Danish pastry. Participants bake their own Danish pastries in Brödfabriken’s premises. Everyone takes home a Brödfabriken apron and the freshly baked Danish pastries, including the recipe. The activity ends with the participants tasting their own work and the most accomplished baker receiving a special price.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
The participants bake their own Danish pastry down in the Bakery. The Danish pastries are then sampled, together with a cup of coffee. All participants take home a Brödfabriken apron and the freshly baked Danish pastries, including the recipe.
